All Sales Are Final — No Returns or Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, vaultnootropics does not accept returns or offer refunds on any item, whether opened, unopened, used, or unused. All sales are final.
Our products are labeled Research Use Only (RUO) and are not for human consumption. Because we cannot verify a product’s integrity, storage, or condition once it has left our facility, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us with photos of the damage or tracking information showing non-delivery. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier, and a replacement or refund will be processed once that claim is resolved.
